Samung Galaxy S21 or Google Pixel 6?

Hi all, can you please share your choice between a 128gb Pixel 6 and a 256gb Samsung S21 if they cost the same.

I have never used a Pixel before but love the gcam on my Samsungs so I figure it might be even better on Pixel. But given S21 has a telephoto lens, I would say S21 camera system more practical.

However getting instant updates on Pixel is something Samsung will never have but is it worth the sacrifice for a worse screen, fingerprint sesnor and less storage?

    I'd only go for the S21 if it's the plus model. Battery life isn't good enough on the base model imo.

    But they don't cost the same. Unless you can get a 256GB S21 for $999 or less.

      I got my S21 for $219 from previous deal. So if I manage to sell it for around $950, basically I can get a Pixel 6 for almost what I paid for S21

        Just keep your current phone and get a Pixel 7. It's not like it's even a year old or anything …

    I own the S21 and switched to the Pixel 6 pro which isn't much different than the 6.
    my Pixel 6 pro feels faster and smoother than my S21, battery life is better too.

        I got Pixel 6 pro and this reply took me 3 attempts because the network on this phone is shit. Keeps losing on areas my older phone didn't have any problem. Plus android 12 has plenty bugs that makes me want to throw this shit away sometimes. And did anybody already talk about battery drain on mobile network standby? It's just about as much as screen on drain. So yeah it's shit

          I just got my pixel 6 today, it got quite warm on the setup.
          I checked with Google that they allow 14 days return even the handset is used so worst case I will just return it

    Pixel 6 doesn't have face unlock and it only has 1 sim tray
