It’s up to the value of $9500. It doesn’t mean a 5 night holiday in Darwin costs that much. The bulk is made up of a $5000 voucher. Flights could be from Hobart depending on the winner lives. Anyway, I’d be keen to win.
Prize means one holiday package supplied by third party providers, up to the value of $9,500. This includes:
* A voucher to the value of $2000 which the winning Entrant may use to purchase return airfares from the winning Entrant’s closest capital city to and from Darwin Airport;
* 5 nights accommodation in a 4 star (minimum) Darwin city hotel (as chosen by the Promotor) in a twin share room including breakfast;

Im not talkin bout this in particular.. I mean aussie travel in general. wasnt this bad in teh 80s when i started travelling
Pretty much where ever you wanted to go. UK,Europe etc. And everything there is cheaper. Oz is just rediculously expensive. Travelling to European destinations from UK is as cheap as $100. Once borders open you watch the internal travel grind to a halt as everyone goes abroad to much better places
Why is travel in AU so expensive?
