Which Samsung Ear Buds to Buy?

I hope this isn't too vague a question, but my wife has asked for a pair of good ear buds for Christmas.

She generally will just use them while running and doing some exercise here at home. So comfort for exercise would be number 1 priority by a long way. Noise cancellation is something she wouldn't prioritise. Just comfort, and then sound.

Hoping to just get some feedback from people who have them or even those who've browsed comments in past deals, etc. Would be very much appreciated!

Thank you

  • THE BEANS

  • No issues with using the Buds+ for workouts and moving around. The fins definitely make it more secure than the Pro.

Possibly the Beans would also be an option for a more discreet look.

    • Appreciate that response!

  • Owned the buds+ and the pro, found the buds+ much more secure and comfortable.

  • +1

I've got the Buds Pro. Very happy with them, except they're so small that people often don't notice I'm wearing them and they just think I'm just ignoring them. (But, of course, that's not Samsung's fault!).

    • Haha. I love that. Maybe I'll get some for myself!

      • I forgot to mention that the size is also a problem because it's got the touch functions. Every now and then I'll adjust/push the buds to make sure they're sitting tight in my ear and it'll activate whatever touch function it has set (it's customisable). It's annoying so I have my touch functions set to 'off'.

  • Buds+ has the best fit and rarely if ever falls out and longest lasting battery but no noise cancellation.
Buds 2 can fall out a little more than the buds+ but sound a better and have noise cancellation.
Buds pro sound the best but are easily the most uncomfortable earbuds ive ever used and fall out non stop (not recommended)

This is my personal experience having owned and used all three.

My recommendation for exercise is the buds+

  • I love the buds pro. Great sound and it fits me well. It doesn't feel loose and anc is generally good (can't beat an over-ear headphones). The dual driver definitely has a big difference on sound quality compared to the og buds.

I take it you're not considering other brands of buds? (Soundpeats t2 is pretty recommended tbh and cheaper)

  • Buds + amazing battery life and sound quality for how little they cost !

  • I have the Buds 2 and I don't really like it for exercise. I sometimes get static that I assume is from my sweat, the battery is around 2 hours (which might be an issue) and I'm not a fan of the noise cancelling when I run. That said I've never had issues with it falling out like the other guy mentioned.
