As far as I am aware, there are currently no promotions for EB Games gift cards or Ultimate Students gift cards (which has EB Games as a participating retailer) at retailers (e.g. Coles, BIG W, Woolworths, Target).
Your best bet is to check the discounted gift card link above my comment, as you probably already have access to one of the discount gift card portals with EB Games gift cards mentioned on the page, plus pretty much anyone can access Redeem Your Gift Card.
Alternatively, you could get 1x $200 Prezzee Click Frenzy Smart eGift Card through this promotion and get a $10 bonus eGift Card (as long as you remember to use the promo code in the deal post).
