My iherb purchases have never tracked from both CR and SB since July
I had to claim a missing cashback report every single time
Using firefox and chrome also pay with Paypal or credit card still the same.
There is no issue with other websites only iherb purchase has issues.
Does anyone have the same issue? or know how to solve this issue?
no adblocker. only iherb has a problem.
I have used both Cashrewards & ShopBack to purchase from iHerb — ShopBack in early July and Cashrewards this month — and the transactions were tracked in both instance. Chrome and no ad-blocker.

I didn't install an ad-blocker. I don't know why it is happening now.

cashrewards never gave me my recent iherb cashback. barely worth it nowdays anyway
They haven't rejected my missing cashback but I guess someday they will do…
If big cashback I do screen recording in case they reject my cashback.
Do you have any antivirus internet security programs running in the background? CR usually warns you if it thinks you have an adblocker, but SB doesn't.
No, I don't have any antivirus internet security programs. The funny thing is other websites are fine only iherb missing cashback…so far missing 5times 3 from CW 2 from SB.
I do every time for CR but not for SB. I feel like something is wrong with iherb account because normally miss cashback from iherb.
