After raising their prices during ClickFrenzy, Dell is selling the S3422DWG for less than $600 again ($583). With the upcoming sales, is it too optimistic to hold out for sub $500 price?
I'm looking at few other 3440 x 1440 high refresh monitors too including the 32" Xiaomi that pops up here. Is it realistic to think that one will hit $400?
Everything is more expensive these days; Coffee machines, TVs, Laptops, GPUs, PS5s, XBOX SX, etc due to global logistic problems and chip supply issues. If anything I have learned this 12 months, if it comes close to my budget, I will just buy. It is not worth losing the opportunity to get something just for that few extra bucks of savings.
