this is great stuff, so much nutritional value. many athletes eat this every morning and even sometimes as post-workout snack to help refuel and recovery for the next training session. with a 4/5 start health rating that's equivalent to a B or a 80% health rating despite it being almost 30% sugar. cant go wrong.

Sorry for the idiot question, but is this sarcasm? (Hard to tell on the internet). If not, do you have a source?

Probably. It's full of sugar. You know how I know? I have a sugar addiction, and I always have a box of this in my pantry.

    • I like eating this but for some reason it always scratches the top of my mouth… I wouldn't eat it more then once a day as its getting close to the recommend daily sugar intake.. There are healthier alternatives like 100% oat porridge that's higher then the 5 Star health rating can go.

Milo. Right. That's how Australia won the T20 World cup.

The Health star rating is cooked, how can this be 4 stars? My extra virgin olive oil has a 3/5, while the highly processed vegetable oil gets a 4.5/5

    • Yes but don't forget olive oil is also processed. Not like it grows on trees like the humble olive (jar olives have a 2.5 start rating).

    • Health stars are relative to your food class so its 4 stars when compared to frosted sugar lard ball cereal. Its royally stupid and exactly what happens when you let the industry design the system.

  • Weetbix - how many do you do?

      1. Then I fill the rest of the bowl with Milo cereal. Not even a joke. I do this every morning.
