          punches almost like 3070, costs considerably less

          but really famous for the optimal cost to hashrate balance and hence bought for mining more often than not

                  @fAffY: yep I keep telling people that it's bad time to build system, I have been gaming on laptops for months now (great to free up space otherwise taken by a PC, too)

                  but you know people want to game, so they build systems even in this market, supporting it further

          I was pretty lucky, found a small Sydney based shop that had gotten stock (3090). It was still available at 10AM next morning after launch so I ordered one express posted and received it the very next day.

    yep people on ebay are selling these I think I got this game for 50 bucks on ebay you need just the nvidia software to get teh steam code if you have an AMD card your out of luck because it requires the nvidia driver software to reedem.

    Just a reminder for anyone that is unaware that if you purchased your 3000 series card between October 5, 2021 to November 23, 2021 then this game should be free for you via redemption. My friend got this and he also said the redemption was relatively lax.

      as far as I can see that is only for purchases of desktop pcs & laptops containing a rtx 3000 series card.

    I tried doing this last week, same deal with Gamivo - didn't work for me (says the code is invalid or I'm not eligible for it in geforce experience) and I have a 3090. They were good to refund it directly through Paypal, though I had to push because they wanted to give a credit instead.

    Has anyone tried to use a friends computer with the code and then redeem it on their steam account when they don’t have a qualifying card?

    Or does the GeForce now account need to be linked to the persons steam account directly?

    If thats the case, you could make a GeForce now account on a PC with the right card, link your steam account and add it to your steam, then log out on your friends PC and use it on your steam account on your PC?

      Hey mate, i claimed a copy for a friend using his geforce and steam account on my pc. Worked fine.
