I put the code, and it seem to accept it.
Seem really dodgy how David Jones order system work, now I checked my previous order history, all of my order now have the Promo code GIFTCARD in the past order details.
Also, after you placed your order, David Jones seem to change the order status really quickly from In Dispatch to now Awaiting Carrier Collection, this is within 10mins, and their system will also send out the tracking number all within 10mins, and the tracking number goes nowhere, and they end up cancelling my order after a week.
@kml22: David Jones online business are pretty poor. You won't be able to cancel the order once placed or return them as they are pillows.
@haz: Yes, very poor, their system seems to generate fake tracking numbers, even though they haven't fulfilled the order.
@kml22: i ordered two pillows in separate orders with the code and both were cancelled within 30 mins as well.
@kml22: Live chat said it's because their system thought it was fraud because I used gift cards to make the purchase.
Now I have to wait 1-3 business days to get the refund on my cards to make the purchase again.
Where do I put this code?

It should be on the 'Shopping Bag' page, however it might not work for the Pillows as it looks like it's not part of the promo.

Because DJ ordering system is dodgy and misleading, the real facts is they have not processed your order.

Next email I'm expecting is sorry we can't fulfilled your order. This company is running by clown.

I think the one in catch is the cooltouch version. I can only see in Harvey Norman and also Tempur site in Singapore. Might be Singapore version of original Tempur pillow.
