Where to Buy Nintendo eShop Prepaid Card (Japan) ?

Recently I found that my debit cards no longer work on my Nintendo account.
Always getting the error code 2813-2471.
No luck with Paypal too.
So I want to try the eShop prepaid card.
Google search showed me links to playasia.com
While it should be a reputable store, their prices are pretty expensive.
Any recommendation for where to buy Japan eShop prepaid card at more reasonable prices?

        AFAIK they restock from time to time but they are more reliable/cheaper than playasia for me.
