JB has a large selection of AFL Premiership DVDs and Victory Packs on sale from $5- $6.98.
Victory Packs include the Premiers’ finals wins as well as the Grand Final DVDs and other extras; they often retail for $94 on release, so $6.98 is a massive discount for fans who don’t already have them.
Sadly for Demons fans, the 2021 pack is not yet discounted.

As far as physical media goes, they are still far and away the most popular format. Blu-Rays and 4K discs are a fairly niche market compared to DVDs, which I’ve always found pretty strange.
Clearly not many which is why these are selling for $5

Oh i just realized these packs are all finals wins as well as some extras, would probably help if i actually read all of your post. $94 doesnt seem too far off the mark
Haha, no worries, yeah the packs contain all finals and the season highlights disc as well. Some include posters or other extras too.

Yeah the Bulldogs 2016 stuff probably sold out being that they're a Melbourne based club and it's their only premiership in a long time. I imagine the Dees' stuff from this year will sell out too.

Haha, that's the complete season pack, so every game for 2021 including all finals and the Grand Final. But yeah, you'd think for that price they'd at least be throwing in a cheese platter ;)

The AFL State of Origin Classic Collection is very good value @ $15.98. 10 x DVD's.
Same thing is $64.99 at Sanity. and $71.00 at Rivers….wtf, when did they start selling DVD.
