Logitech Ultimate Ears TripleFi 10 for $159 Delivered @ LTS!

760

Great price for great earphones! Be aware they are a little on the large side so they might not fit in everyone's ears.

I ended up reshelling mine into a custom with an added driver through Unique Melody - http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/38946

    BC

    • thanks BC, much appreciated. did anyone else report issues logging in last night or was it just me?

    • Keen as for these! Pleeeeeease! :)

    • plz more, i want 3 for the boys :(

    • Hmmm already got some UE700s which are nice…should I…don't…make…me

      Awwww sold out

  • I remember reading about the originators of this product niche, Etymotic years ago. They are or used to be the gold standard but cost around $250 to $500 for a pair.

Since it's now been several years there should be good and cheaper copies by other companies. Are there any other Brands and models to recommend - $159 even deeply discount is too much?

  • Out of stock - please refill, rep! :(

  • Anyone know a store in Melbourne where I could try these out?

Very limited less than 50 added. No more after this . Fully sold out. Hurry if you missed

not a very fair comparison, but coming from my audeze lcd2 rev 2 to this portable, there is no aspect in which these guys do better, although I may have been expecting too much due to the hype. if you already have some decent headphones, these are not worth the downgrade.

just my two cents to those curious audiophiles out there.

    • wow…

      1) you're comparing a pair of IEMs to high-end HEADphones that cost many times more…what the hell do you expect???
      2) headphones and earphones are different products. whether earphones are worth the "downgrade" for a person depends on far too many things to make any kind of categorical statement.
      3) you prefer headphones - great. well, i prefer to coke over broccoli!

thanks for your 2 cents. but just like the coin, it's pretty much worthless…you keep it.

    • oh, and i just want to emphasise that i'm not saying your comment was absolutely useless…just a helpful reminder that there is no aspect in which your ducati motorbike does better than my ferrari. if you already have a decent car, it's not worth the downgrade!

In other breaking news, my overclocked 3930K is significantly faster than my celeron 300Mhz. just letting the peeps out there know in case it wasn't well known.

Not a very fair comparison ? No kidding so why bother writing it? Yours are twice the rrp of these (that I can tell) and a completely different style (headphones vs canalphones).

You come across as elitist with that post.

    • Why dont you try excercising with your lcd2 :) or perhaps using your lcd2 to commute everyday……

  • and I want to emphasise that I am not saying these headphones are bad, definitely not. just a helpful reminder for the curious but established :)

  • LTS, you mentioned on Facebook a while ago that you were going to be doing deals with UE on Customs in 2012. Just wanting to know how long that'll be? I'm going to hold out for that than pulling the trigger for this I think…

  • Back in stock. Thanks!

  • hey BC, im having some trouble signing in to the site with my acc, is there an issue with the account page?
    thanks

Edit: nevermind! ordered a pair, thanks for the great deal!

I received mine today and i think they are DOA.

They have no bass (very flat), vocals are all crackly and not very loud.
I have tried them on 2 different sources aswell and all the same problem.

    Anyone else having problems?

    • +1

      Quality of source?

      • I have tried my Samsung Galaxy S, Ipod and Denon receiver, all the same problem

    • no issues, couldnt be happier! there is a failure rate to everything though :(

    • Mine are terrible also. I have contacted logitech on [email protected] and am waiting on a response to see if we can get this sorted out.

I am very upset about this as my previous dealing with LTS and UE have always been fantastic!

      • Let me know what response you get, i logged into my account and applied for a return so keep me updated.
I have also been very happy with UE and LTS in the past

        • Will do Thorpe. I will post back on Monday after work and let you know!

          Good luck to you.

          Rob

        • The crew at LTS and I have come to an agreement and I am satisfied.

Great after sales service like this can turn a bad experience, into a really good one and keep someone as a loyal customer. Really well done!

Hopefully you can come to some sort of resolution.

          Rob

    • Had the same problem too but not that severe…left side is softer than the right, got someone to try it out and they agree

      • When you log into your account with LTS there is an option on the left hand side called "product return" that you can use to make a return. otherwise you can contact [email protected] to discuss it with someone.

        Good Luck

        Rob

  • AHHHHHHHHHHHH missed it again how did i miss that comment :/ and to make it worse my UE700 died

Sent mine back to LTS and 2 weeks later they told me that they dont have any in stock (non in Australia) so they have refunded me.

    NOT HAPPY AT ALL

    • that sucks. can you ask them to send it back to Logitech? or send it back to you for sending to Logitech?

i broke my pair of super.fi's, and RMA'd them direct to Logitech. they were more than happy to send me a completely new pair, even though it was my fault!

      • I asked them to send them to Logitech but i also emailed Logitech Aus and they said there is no stock anywhere in Aus (So think they might be discontinuing them)

Ah well, shame to say it was a bad experience with Logitechshop (have had many good ones) and i miss out on an amazing set of IEM's

        • i sent mine direct to the Ultimate Ears/Logitech in the US…i purchased from the US, but it might be worth your while contacting them anyway. as i mentioned, they were extremely helpful and took the RMA no questions. i actually contacted them saying that i had broken them, and just wanted to know how much it would cost me to have them repaired…they said, don't worry, we'll replace them!

it was really good customer service, so might be worth a shot! no harm in trying!

        • Thanks for that but the earphones have been sent back to LTS and i have received a refund so dont think there is any chance there
