I feel like I have been in the market for a new disc golf hat for a solid 2 years but with COVID restrictions meaning limited events, I haven't really needed to upgrade the cricket hats that have served me okay. But a Tilley, 20% off, Guaranteed for Life* and a like minded friend sharing the flat shipping cost? Sold.

    I play in competition but wouldn't say I was overly competitive.

        Ahaha, wouldn't say it was an outfit… more that at comps, I am out in the sun for 4-6 hours a day and wide brim is king for that. That's why I had been using a cricket hat, but the quality after a few years of wear degrades dramatically, not to mention shrinking.

          @Grimario: I don't play disc golf but personally for hiking and other outdoor stuff I use something like this. It's wide brim, waterproof and is not cotton so it's lighter/cooler and has the added benefit of being able to be washed easily to get rid of sweat.
