Luxor Linen 1000 Thread Count Sheet Set in Ocean colour is made of ultra-soft microfibre. The stripe designs give the bedding a subtle sheen to go along with its luxurious softness, bringing elements of warmth, elegance and comfort to any space. This king single size set contains 1 x flat sheet, 1 x fitted sheet and 1 x standard pillowcase. Flat sheet measures 265 cm length by 190 cm width. Fitted sheet measures 203 cm length by 107 cm width plus 35 cm wall. Standard pillowcase measures 73 cm length by 48 cm width.

  oooh I was excited but terrible reviews, people say they start pilling within a week and the stitching is all messed up.

    Correct the reviews are! This stuff is rubbish, I gave it a go for a spare bed, started pilling almost immediately.

  my two cents: micro-fibre is a nice term for polyester. This means it will not retain any sweat. I won't touch it if i was you. stick to 100% cotton

  Well which is it, Linen or Microfibre? It looks like we're back to the days of the mid 60's where a country would name an area " Ireland" so they could advertise " Linen sheets direct from Ireland".

  Luxor Linen plastic sheets don't really have the same ring to it.

  I'd boycott this mob on this basis, let alone the sheer bastardry of pumping out more microfibres as the oceans begin to fill with the sh*t.

    I am pretty sure "Luxor Linen" is the brand name, and microfibre is the…material or whatever.

    If the company was "Luxor Gold", I wouldn't expect the sheets to be made of gold.

    Not to be confused with the fabric linen.
    Linens are fabric household goods which includes Microfibre sheets.

    Much the same as the Manchester department in an old department store didn't sell the area of the UK known as Manchester, but linens which commonly came from Manchester, long ago!

    Misunderstanding is certainly not a valid reason for a neg.
    There are plenty of other valid reasons!
