@Kenb0: Seriously I don't know what's up with Target website and their "security" system, what triggers this blocks/bans/auto cancel. I believe it's a combination of IP address, address, email, name, phone number.
On Catch (Target), order just goes through and Target will still honour the orders, at least for now.

It's a re-release from an older set. There are some very minor changes you can research into if you're curious.
There are 3 Lego Tumbler sets. The original relase (not this one), the new release (this one) and a mini one. I assume you're looking for the original release?
According to reviews, it's a bit better.
Ah yep, I forgot there's also the mini one. It's pretty cool, at minifig scale.

Did you receive the getting shipped email? Lady I spoke with today said if it cancels it should instantly cancel but someone on ozbargain did mention they've had order cancelled a week after so I am not sure.
Yes got shipping and tracking confirmation via email. Order placed at 7am QLD, shipping & tracking info sent 10.40am - says coming from VIC for me. Hope it arrives safely packaged.

Target sent me confirmation email when I placed the order then later sent the shipping item to store email. That should be ok? Just got scared from one poster saying their order got cancelled 1 week after! Lady on the phone said normally if there is no stock I would get an instant cancellation and not cancellation later on.
Or you mean wait for the pick up is ready from Target? I've cancelled on Amazon before it dispatched but never tried a return. Is it just a simple paid postage print out and give to post office?
I returned something to Amazon recently. You don’t even need to print anything out. You can choose the “no return label” option when doing your return online and you’ll get a QR code which the post office scans and prints the return label right there for you.
@dreamykitten: Ah I see, friend told me he returned something small and they tried to charge him $3 for a $5 item. He must have chosen the wrong return option then to be charged.

@JL1: They will ask you to pay return shipping for some return reasons. Pick one that doesn't (I know it's weird) and proceed with the return (and pick the "no return label" option unless you have a printer and wanna print it yourself).
Ah Amazon shipped a day earlier than it originally said so I guess I will return it when my Target order arrives as can't cancel now. Mine also said shipped from Vic.
Thanks for this. I got the Grand Piano from Target. The $529 RRP of this always put me off. I wish it had been released cheaper without the gimmicky app part. But 30% off made it worthwhile. Was a little nervous my order either wouldn't go through or be cancelled or arrive in not the best shape. However, great news, was shipped yesterday and arrived today, pristine in it's original Lego outer box. Very happy.

I ordered the 1989 Batmobile and Batwing yesterday from Target. Both arrived today via Couriers please so amazing service there. They both came in separate boxes with heaps of padding etc inside. The Batmobile I'd say is 10/10. The Batwing box I'd say 9.9 out of 10, it had tiny bit of tearing at the very bottom so not perfect if you are collecting it to keep unused. It doesn't bother me though so still keeping it. Still waiting for my damn Batman tumbler now from the Zaavi deal lol, looking forward to having the trifecta :)
yeh mine came with one side filled with a line of air padding, the rest straight up against the box. rather disappointing packing effort. tumbler. Box is damaged and scuffed. Might as well have been transported in the retail box, about as useful. Will have to go in for an exchange /refund within 60days.
Thanks for the feedback though. Yeh I was planning to keep it, but would I have picked it up in store in this condition, no. so dont expect any less.
Talked to Target live chat about my order. They said getting an order confirmation email does not mean stock is secured. Anyway they just suggested I wait, said if they can't find stock at their warehouses they will give me a refund. Mildly annoying but I guess it is what it is.
Which lego did you order? Did you get a getting shipped email or just the initial confirmation and order processing email?
It is pretty annoying such big companies can't have better ordering systems and actually know how much stock they have. Having a headache at Kmart since yesterday and store staff said their online system is no good.

@JL1: It's not guaranteed until the item is shipped out. I've had confirmed orders for a week, only to be advised out of stock/cancelled.

Mine was a delivery order. She wasn't able to confirm at the time whether it was gonna be cancelled, however she was at least friendly and responsive and actually understood my queries. YMMV.
Finally arrived after two weeks. Surprised it was packaged well, no damage to the edges and corners but it has a very small tear on the box.
Great price. I just don't get the appeal of this set though
