      Go ingame. Click on Paimon to bring up the main manual, select Account (2nd last icon, I think), select Redeem code and enter the code.

      Then check your ingame mailbox.

        Getting error on Character Nickname field. Not sure how to create the nickname, i have signed up the account today only..

        You haven't created a character on this server. Create a character first and then try redeeming the code.
