Keen to know how’s the experience, if anyone is applying for it or has a license. NSW has few options around Bankstown but not sure how this goes.

I have a boat license, I was in Air cadets but quit before my first free flights

Are you hard set on powered flying? If not - gliding is a much cheaper option. And in a way more close to pure flying.
Really enjoyed Curtis Aviation at Camden, but I’m sure the Bankstown options are equally good.
