I bought this as I don't have (or really need) Game Pass, otherwise free if you do have Game Pass.

  Quake 3 is also 4.95 (normal price) and was added to the back compat list (FINALLY!) the other week, absolutely worth a go too if you've not yet played it, one of the best shooters of all time, and is the genuine foundation on which Call of Duty and all the games that spun off from that era are built on (legitimately, the CoDs all used modified versions of the Q3 engine for years there).

  (profanity) love me some Quake, bring Q2 over to Xbox too pls.

    Have you taken it online Duke? Does it have an active community?

    Loved playing this over dialup in the early 00's and getting overseas players annoyed when they had lower latency but we still had more frags! 😆
