    Hi Juniormin, this seems excessive - if you let me know the order number I will check out for you. Most orders if in our warehouse will ship 1-3 days (items with the green truck), and 5-7 days if the watch is located in one of our stores.

        not necessarily - could also mean 'low stock' in the warehouse, and we are not confident on promising to ship immediately (1-3 dYS) without sourcing from our retail locations

          @Mike-f: Just received order, but can't seem to find any manual booklet and can see few scratches on watch bezel. Seems like displayed item was sent.. sent enquiry to customer service, hopefully something will get resolved.

            @abcd: If it is a Seiko, they do not come with manual booklets any longer from Seiko - they are all online

      The order was actually placed on the 10th of Nov, so 19 days has passed, the money's been taken from my bank account and the watch shows in stock in many of my local stores.

  i ordered some Lorus watches today, expected ship date is 9/12. not a big deal for me personally but some sort of click and collect system would be beneficial.
