  • I have the green switch wired version of this keyboard and absolutely love it, though that cost me under $100.

  • Green switch of this keyboard was down to $173 during black friday period - Yellow switch worth $40+ more?

  • Keep hearing yellow switch is so much better than green though personally I purchased EVGA Z15, Love it.

I have both these in green and yellow.

The green for me is so annoying cos it's so loud! Yellow way better

Personally dont like buying razer keyboards break so often and plastic build quality.

        • I have this exact keyboard and the body is mostly metal.

          • @PeaKay: Yeah i mean in most of their keyboard products in general, not just this specific model. For the price you're paying i'd expect this to be built very well.

      • Yellow = same click but silent?

        • Feels softer on the yellow

        • Razer's yellow switches are linear, so no bump or audible click (only sound is you bottoming out the switch).
It's smooth all the way down and back up.

      • Green is extremely noisy, but is the exact tactile feel I'm after. Can't hear anything with my headphones on :)

        • +1

People on the other side can hear it! Lol my mates always were telling me how much they can hear the clicking on their side

    • For people actually curious what these switches are, green is "clicky", yellow is "linear". Orange, apparently not an option? Is the moderate "tactile" switch.

    • That's green switch.

      • apologies - my mistake

  • I hear battery life sucks with the lights on which somewhat defeats the purpose of this. I have the wired version currently.

    • +1

I thought you could use this with the wire supplied.
      Connectivity: wireless and wired

      • Oh that kinda negates my point then. Good to know
