I bought one similar from eBay (albeit for $75 last xmas). If you're only using it occasionally for muscle pain, like I do, they're very capable. You don't need to spend hundreds on a branded model, they do they same thing more or less.

  Would this $39 one even compare to what this ebay one can do (30 speed, decent battery, etc). I doubt I'd need to use it for more than a half hour at a time.
