Kidding aside. Was at the blue mountains years ago and i kid you not. There are tourists dressed to impress. In their high heels. I was just smh. There are unpaved walkways into the blue mountains. High heels is not recommended. You could literally fall off a steep cliff if you trip up.
Several years ago I did the Valley of the Winds walk at Kata-Tjuta. First, let me quote from the website of the national park:
This walk is classed as Grade 4. It is steep, rocky and difficult in places, so please be careful and take your time
On the way in I encountered a group of foreign tourists that had obviously just come off a tour bus as part of a package. There was one woman who had walked a little bit of the way in, but had been quickly defeated by the terrain and was just standing there uncertain about what to do next. She was wearing high-heeled fluffy slippers.

I can't help but think of the TV currently running depicting some girls ordering a dress online, only to that what turns up somewhat differs from their expectations.
Size chart suggests the smallest size is equivalent to AU18 … which is not small at all.
