Help me find a new PC/Laptop Budget for game I want to get.

Hi Everyone, please help me find the best / cheapest (with good graphics) Pc or Laptop for me to run the below game smoothly,

Game- FM22
Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system.
OS: Windows 7 64-bit, 8/8.1, 10.
Processor: Intel Core 2 or AMD Athlon 64 1.8GHz+
Memory: 4 GB RAM.
Graphics: Intel GMA X4500, NVIDIA GeForece 9600M GT, AMD/ATI Mobility Raedon HD 3650 - 256MB VRAM.
DirectX: Version 11.
Storage: 7 GB available space.

    The requirements are mid tier PC from 2008.
    I'm pretty sure almost any laptop released today could run it smoothly.

      That is true. But i purchased a $500 lenovo laptop when i played this game for a year 4 years ago. And after about 1-2 hours a month in. When playing this game the battery would just die. So although any laptop-pc can run the game. I want a pc/laptop to run the game with smoothly with no issues or annoyances

        What do you mean? As in your laptop runs out of charge? Or your computer BSODs?

          I had a laptop- when i played this game on a cheap laptop, it drained the battery and the laptop would die within 2 hours while playing this game

    Also, you'll get a lot more value for money (i.e. more performance for the same price) for a PC instead of a laptop. It would help if you could choose either a laptop or a PC.

      Pc if the same price and better value- unless a laptop can run for 5+ hours without requiring a charge. The last laptop i had i played this game and it just died after 2 hours and drained so quickly
