How Do I Block Gleam.io Competitions?

I hate gleam.io with a passion. How does one block competitions with such entry requirements?

  At the top the All Competition Page, there's a filter setting for Entry Method.

  

  Just selected all except Gleam.

    Thanks! Any way of making that my default? I'm lazy and don't want to change it every time

      Unfortunately, we don't have a remember option for filters.

      My suggestion would be; once you set the filter, you can just save/bookmark the URL.

        👍🏻 Found an option in Settings > Blocked - managed to add "Gleam" as a blocked tag and "gleam.io" as a blocked competition. I guess it's not foolproof if people forget to add a Gleam tag or if a competition doesn't directly link to gleam.io.

        EDIT: hmm, I spoke too soon. Looks like tags aren't blocked.

      Another option is to set up your Not Entered comp page with the filters that you want. The settings on that page is saved, but will only list the comps that you haven't marked as entered.

    uhhh… I don't think you understand. I don't want to see any gleam competitions because I hate complex entry schemes with lots of steps. They're spammy and difficult to unsubscribe/unfollow when the competition's over.

    Gleam is just a platform, it can be used for good and for evil comps.

    I would love if ozb had an option to view winners by "store" for comps - that would give an indication as to whether a "store" runs legit comps.

    All that having been said, I think someone (Phalaxis?) won an expensive PC in a large international gleam (Vast.gg?) competition a few months ago.

    edit: I'm misremembering.
