            @closingdownsales: The huge shipping cost and UK currency will steer customers away, it's a lot more than what Aussies pay and their sizes are like no other brands in Aus.

            This is really sad for TM Lewin to go into administration. How are they performing in the UK? I hope they've got a lifeline there and eventually resolve things to return back to Aus. They are a great brand.

      I was at the Collins st Melb store at the weekend.

      There was still heaps of shirts in most sizes. I wear a 15 inch collar and there was plenty

      I saw heap of jackets and trousers, but didn’t check sizes.

      Doubt it, they are closing down all physical stores world wide after going bust last year. Hoping they'll keep online store alive

        @closingdownsales are you connected to the online store at all?
        I ordered 4x shirts during black friday sales 23/11, got an email 27/11 they were on the way and then received an email today 17/12 that they were all returned and I'll receive a refund.
        Any idea what happened?

    It’s a real shame the stores have closed down. I wanted to buy some TM Lewin shirts online recently but my size has changed (COVID weight gain) and I am not confident in ordering online without trying on the different cuts and sizes first. Having to order and then possibly return my order to the UK is a very lengthy and expensive process if I end up selecting the wrong size.

    I am now an MJ Bale man. Can try on and pick up in store locally. It’s a shame because I loved my previous TM Lewins - I really wish you still had a physical presence somewhere for sizing purposes or at least the ability to process returns locally in Australia to remove the disincentive of UK returns.

        Sorry, I wasn’t clear - I am from Sydney. It was more of a general question for myself and anybody looking to purchase your products online going forward. Many people will be hesitant to buy online if they can’t try on sizing before hand AND the returns process takes a long time. If you can buy online and returns are easy then no worries. Waiting for Australia Post to ship back to the Uk + the price to do this is too much.

    So sad to see TM Lewin do down.

    I used to purchase shirts and ties from Jermyn St in London. Later moved to OZ, and was happy to find them here.
    I still have some of my shirts from 10-15 years back in excellent condition, such is the cloth quality. You will be dearly missed.

    I came from the store and there was a massive queue, took about 40mins to wait at the register. Most of the sizes left are 14, 14.5, 15, 15.5 and few 16 on the shirts. Hope they replenish the stocks. Heaps of jacket on $70 mostly black, I didn’t check the sizes. Not much trousers. Plenty of ties and accessories. This is EOBD today. Hope this helps.

    Yes a very busy day yesterday so the team have headed in to replenish the store with stock (from out the back and downstairs) this morning.

    Yes plenty of ties and accessories which are great Christmas presents.

    Hi, I nearly bought the Leo Infinity 3 piece suit when it was on special in January for $405 for my wedding but was put off by ordering online - how did I not know there was still a physical store when I work in 357 Collins Street!

    Any chance you know if that suit is part of these sales (may be sold out by now)

    They closed at 5pm today. Not the greatest selection remaining by now, but I still managed to get a suit and a few other items.
