Citibank Rewards to Krisflyer Miles Timeframe

Hey guys
Question for those that have Citibank rewards cards
I transferred some points to miles to my new KF account (last one got closed due to inactivity) yesterday Sunday 19/12 @ 2pm.

I was wondering in peoples experience how long it might take for these to reflect on my KF account?
An autogenerated email from Citibank said UP TO 5 days & a call with Singapore air I was told 15 days

My wife and little one need to fly out to the UK next week & I managed to get a return ticket held for 148k KF miles, which expires Tuesday 9pm
Really hoping the miles credit before then

I have previously moved points across with my AMEX velocity card/account and it credited within hours.

Any feedback would be helpful

    I transferred Citi to KF in November for the 15% bonus. Came through in 1 business day. If you haven't already seen it, it should come through by tomorrow.

      Thanks for the reply mate, you've given me hope!
      I really hope it does come through tomorrow.
      Also, would've loved the 15% bonus but circumstances changed & then changed back 2 days after the deal expired!

    update 7:30am Brisbane time: no miles yet :(
    transfer was done 2pm Sunday
    Hopefully later today…
