Only catch is, it is being offered by Catch of the Day!

Most places seem to be selling this for over $30

Find out how much energy your devices really use—including, the cost of operation, the amount of carbon dioxide CO₂) produced in generating the electricity consumed, and watts. See at a glance the true impact to your wallet—and the environment.

They also have the Belkin Auto-off style power board cheapish, but not overly cheap when you factor in postage. Comes to $39.90. Listed at $79.90 on Dick Smith, and over $65 on eBay.

Won't let me add to cart without having something else in there

    • ah, that sucks. I brought heaps of haviana's, so i didn't even check that. It just says free shipping. Slightly misleading!

      annoying and misleading….

  • Does this meter compensate for power factor variations? I had an Arlec meter (Bunnings et al) that would give wildly inaccurate readings for electronic equipment. A Steplight meter from eBay proved much more accurate.

  • Must buy main item to get this one.

  • misleading

  • A very basic meter. No peak/off-peak setting.

  • Yeah, it is very basic, but this is one of only a couple of meters tested by Choice mag that proved to be accurate for standby loads.
