Does Rebel Still Offer Installation for Their Equipment?

I ordered a basketball system from Rebel online and there was no option for delivery + installation, just delivery which I selected.

Used their webchat service and was told to call my nearest store.
Called my nearest store and they had no clue about installation services, they told me to ask the delivery guys nicely if they could stay back and help me to lift the pole up and then gave me some tips on how to assemble it alone.
Called another store and they said I need to change it from delivery to delivery + installation which typically only costs a little more. However as they are not the store that my item is from they can't do much, I need to contact Rebel customer care or the store shipping my item(which is my nearest store).
Called customer care and they told me that they don't offer installation services with delivery, so I'd have to wait till my order is delivered then reach out to my nearest store to arrange for a separate installation.

Not sure who has the correct info anymore, anyone has any recent experience with them? Reading through some of the older bargains here, seems like delivery + installation used to be an option.
