      not australian power plug ?
      so need to cut off and put an australian one on or use travel adapter….
      wish this has a kettle cord or shaver cord plug in so could put australian cord into it.

      chinese plugs look like australian but blades are thinner and no insulation on active and neutral pins (it’s a kid safe thing) … so sometimes crackle in power board or you need to bend pins outward slightly for better contact …. it’s what i did for plug packs as they have pins moulded into the plug pack.

      if you are taking it into an office they won’t tag and test if not AU …

    Recevied mine today however it comes with US plug and it does not come with the AC socket on the body!

      They've sent you the wrong item. Raise a ticket or open a PayPal case, keep the packaging as BG need a photo of the SKU number located on the postage label to identify the product.

      I suggest raising a ticket with BG first, as they may send you a replacement without having to return the original item. PayPal will most likely ask you to send the item back to the seller, so make sure to claim PayPal's free return shipping if you have to return the item.

      Got wrong item, opened BG case and got offered 500 Point, which equates to USD $5, have rejected that so lets see how it goes… doesn't look good so might have to oepn Paypal dispute if this does not work out….

      Probabaly will need to go through Paypal .. got reply as below, obviously they have no intention of refundting or allowing it to be returned. Paypal is return shipping cover so yeah might need to go through that route… good luck :)

      That was nice man. They have sent another item in black this time… guess 2 charger foe the price of 1 is ok I guess….but charger that I purchased seemed so much nicer with GPO point on the charger itself…
