Lithium Ion batteries from 18650BatteryStore sent by UPS Worldwide

I want to order approx 20 pcs 21700 cells and some chargers - shipping appears to be flat $67 USD which is steep but is "UPS Worldwide" - have managed to dodge import taxes before but that was some years ago…not sure which courier that was with but it landed at the PO anyway. Any idea of approx travel time and damage$$ if any for UPS Worldwide..

OR..

If anyone knows where to get genuine 21700 cells or tips etc.. last cells I ordered were 18650 in 2012/2013!
