I was hoping that they would have gotten rid of that stupid design. I'm done with boosts until they go back to the pre-21 designs. I switched to On Running and love them so I'm in no rush. I'm really surprised they didn't switch back as I used to see plenty of ultra boost out and about but have yet to see a pair of 21s.

    • Yeah agree. The new UBs look really clumsy.

    • I tried 21 and they actually put my performance down…I am going back to UB'20. They were the best shoes for me!!

    • i only bought my ub21s because they were $90 and triple black. the upper is okay but the boost is too firm for my liking. outsole doesn't seem as grippy as previous gens. at least when they're on my feet i won't have to look at them. RIP everyone else's eyes though lol

Best shoes I own to do short runs in. Very forgiving on heel striking and have lasted me ages. In comparison Nikes are great for 2 months but for me die really quickly. They don’t spring back. I’m not the fastest anymore at my age. About 4:30 pace for 5kms but I’ve smashed these almost a year and still feel great. I weigh about 77kg.

  • i had a UB 19. The sole (where the grip is) is a very thin layer and wears out in around 9 months. The white cushion is thick, but instead of carving deep grooves into the cushion the way Nike does, they just use one thin rubber sheet with the grip, and it's not deep, so once that thin layer wears out you have no grip. In other words, the shelf life of these shoes is not very long. Good for their bank account, not so good for yours.

  • The plastic lace holder bits on the 22 kinda dig into my feet. Worst UB by far.
