  • -8

What do they usually cost?, or is this just advertising for what's normally free anyway?

    • +3

      Are you serious ?

Are Australian/NZ major soccer teams going to play normally for free lol :)

      • -5

So how much do they usually cost?

        • -3

          $1 because I'm not researching nonsense :)

        • +1

          FFA game, probably $20-$25

  • Woo Hoo

Feel free to board up your windows, draw a cross on the door and huddle under the table. We’ll be out living our lives :)

      • -6

        In ICU ?

        • +4

Nope I’m vaxxed and boosted :)

          • @Daz91: Good on you. I'm going to Sydney for a few days R&R later this month. Looking forward to it, life goes on…

          • -1

            @Daz91: @Daz91

So are 95% of the people getting the virus.. Genius

            • -1

@[Deactivated]: Great so what’s the problem then?

              • +1

                @Daz91: Oh My God !

                • -1

@[Deactivated]: 95% of the population arnt in ICU though. I’m triple vaxxed, copped Covid 4 days ago, first 2-3 days was a very bad flu feeling. On the mend now and out of isolation and back to life in another 3 days. Life goes on, can’t hide away forever.

                  • @TightTerry: Wow! You are my hero

                    • -1

@[Deactivated]: It’s ok to be wrong mate ;) fyi there’s a decent deal on foil going at catch if you want to finish covering the rest of your house as well

                      https://m.catch.com.au/product/capri-30cm-x-150m-all-purpose…

                      • @TightTerry: You are a walking talking promotion for why you shouldn’t be taking risks, and you are still running your mouth

Go live your life now ?? Why bother staying at home ?

                        • @[Deactivated]: Vaccination is the level of protection people need to move on with life. Being triple vaccinated and wearing a mask when needed isn’t taking a risk. Got a news flash for you - you’re going to be getting Covid as well, you can’t hide from it forever. You’re my hero? You’re still running your mouth.

                          • @TightTerry: Just letting you know, the last two things you’ve written have gone into thin air as I’m not going to lower myself to ready you stuff.. Please save your precious breath

Don't you know the new rules and its definitely not 2 weeks anymore .

  • Wtf is this? Some sort of league cup equivalent where its reserve team vs reserve team?

Doesnt look like a proper stadium as well.

    • It's being played at a local soccer club definitely not a proper stadium

      • +1

Kingston Heath is actually a golf course

FFA cup is a serious competition that will get the actual squads playing

It's not uncommon for FFA and A league women's matches to be played at smaller reserves

      • Except barely any league team has played a semi full squad for any of the FFA cup games.

        • I haven't really been paying attention this year, but by the quarter finals I'd expect decent squads as you're playing against decent teams

          • +1

@Bren20: Will depend if teams have had their weekend games postponed or not. With all the postponements there is probably more of a chance to see full strength teams or closer to it with so many A-league games getting postponed. Victory and Adelaide play in the cup in Adelaide on Wednesday and then travel to Melbourne to play again in the league. Be interesting to see the teams they both put out on Wednesday.

What a great opportunity to become part of the 7500 daily new Omicron in VIC. FOMO!

  • After last night's game against the 'ants I'm not sure the 'nix are worth seeing for free. They look as happy to be stuck in Australia as the English cricket team. WSW board must be crossing their fingers Talay becomes available.

  • Melbourne City are just like Manchester City, handing out free tickets because they have no fans
