Why Don't Wireless Keyboards Have Caps Lock and Numerical LED Indicators?

I thought the caps lock and numerical LED indicators are quite useful when working in the office environment. But why don't wireless keyboards have caps lock and numerical LED indicators? To save energy?

    My wireless Dell one does (in top right though, not in the key)

    Could be power considerations. But also could be 1way data from kb to computer - illuminating the indicators generally requires the computer to send data to the keyboard.

    Mine does… As a matter of fact, my old one has them as well… both wireless.

    It's just the design of the ones your looking at. battery life is very long in modern wireless keyboards I would imagine id be more for a simplistic look or cut costs.
