Klook Change of Date for Blue Mountains Trip

Hey guys
Booked klook discover voucher trip to visit blue mountains on the weekend but partner and I are sick with covid.

Cancellation policy says no cancellations allowed.

I've left them a message in contact us, explaining our situation but not sure when I'll get a response. (If ever)

Has anyone had a similar situation? Any tips or ideas?

Thanks. Just looking to postpone it 1 week.

    Who is the actual provider of the tour? Go direct to them and see what they can do.

    Tell them you will attend if you can’t cancel.

  • I had to move some airport transfer Klook bookings for November in QLD as we were not allowed into the state at the time they were booked for. I just contacted Klook and stated that "we were not allowed into the state," and they contacted place for me and it all got moved OK. Good luck and I hope both are not too ill.

  • You should be able to have a live chat with a Klook rep via its app

    • It's disabled! Such rubbish :(

      Probably going to have to waste both vouchers now… How ludicrous.

      No way to contact them. Tried FB messenger and leaving them a note via their contact us. No response.

      • It was working when I had to contact them just under a month ago. Oh well.
