Help Needed with Caller ID in Mobile

My mobile has been set to Hidden Caller ID and not letting me change it. It comes with up following error.

I have rebooted it and also swapped sim but didn't help.

Can someone help me please to resolve this issue?

The fix is to turn off mobile data, then turn on caller id.
After that you can turn on mobile data again.

Check your APN settings and ensure they are set as per your provider.

Log into the portal of your provide and enable Caller ID
