Ordered a ps5 from Sony’s website on May and havent had any communication since. My paypal hasn’t been charged and I just realised I didnt receive any confirmation from Sony that i pre-ordered it.
Any one else in the same boat?
Not sure if its just the usual delays or if my order slipped theough the cracks. The order registered on my paypal (but not charged).
I was able to order by registering in Sonys website and they sent me an email when the orders opened up.

Par for the course for Sony's customer service. Call, keep calling and keep pushing. Squeaky wheel, oil etc.

Sounds like you didn't actually get one mate. Sony store has only sold stock on hand not preorders since it came out and they sold more stock last month

Sounds like a phantom order that never registered in their system. I'd contact Sony. Normally Sony is very quick - ships in less than a week. They only sell stock they have not preorders.

I registered everywhere and none got back to me. At: Sony, Amazon, etc.

Yea, the order has not gone though, sony only sell when have in stock and do generally do a pre order!

I got my name down with JB and got one within 6 weeks, also made an online enquire with the Good Guys and ended up with one from them to but I cancelled as JB came through first.
