Virgin Money Google Pay Option Disappears?

Long story short, added GPay with the intention to use their offer to earn 1750 points, received and subsequently removed the card. Now I want to use the card again, but the option to add to GPay no longer exists.

Is this something that needs to be resolved by a phone call or do I just need to wait?

It's the weekend and I don't want to be in the queue with support during reduced capacity working hours, so it's pretty obvious this could be a faster way to find the information I want; plus provides a record for anyone else in the future with similar issues.

    You add the card at google pay, not virgin

      Actually it's called instant provisioning and some banks allow you to do it from their app.

    OP if instant provisioning is no longer showing up you're going to have to contact the financial institution involved. However if you have the physical card you can try adding it manually to Google Pay in the Google Pay App.
