Previously used Samsung education store as I have a .edu email.
Seems like once a year or 6 months, Samsung will make you reverify the .edu email. (i have done this a few times with no problems)
But now its asking me to reverify I cant seem to receive this email, anyone have this problem?
ps. i thought it was the email webmaster blocking the email, but it is not as i can use it on the other education stores like Lenovo and i receive emails through it fine

I've had this happen before and the problem was with the security/firewall settings from your educational institute you are with
hmm i've tried sending emails from other education stores and they all work fine
The security can be based on the sender of the email. In this case they could be blocking the Samsung address not yours.

nope, been tryign every 2-3 days, no emails to reactivate my account
just an update.
after trying every 2-3 days since November & December, today i started getting the emails to veryfy :)
