Still waiting for 2 out of 3 items from 9/12 T shirt sale. Very poor service and no communication.

I second this. Takes ages as they have to send the order to the factory in China first and then wait for it to be made and sent by boat

    • Same with my order from well over a month ago. will not order from there again. And the email spam is on the same level as Kogan lol

  • 5 what? There's no clue in your post.

Concur with megawatt101 don't waste your time Extremely poor service, auto standard reply to any email you send. 1 order of 2 items, 4 weeks and 1 item no stock left, 3 more weeks and the 2nd item no longer available, for compensation I had two $10 off vouchers, valid for 2 weeks(what a joke), which I could only use one per order. Current order 3 items all where in stock, then the sale comes along and reduced by $5 each, am still waiting. Really I do not know how they stay in business Going to one of there stores is a joke stood at a payment area to pay for items for over 5 mins, no staff came they just carried on filling the racks, left items and walked out. rep from rivers are you reading this??

I haven't had an order ever fully fulfilled by them.

Will never buy from Rivers again…and will always advise against it.

Only buy if you're happy to wait for months with the possibility you won't get what you bought because they "ran out of stock".

  • Buying sale items online from Rivers is like flipping a coin. There's a 50:50 chance you will receive them, speaking from my experience. I suggest River sort out their inventory system and supply chain first.
