Home & Contents Landlord Insurance

I am looking for recommendations for house & content landlord insurance. can we list out in the order of preference the insurance service providers. I have been looking at their PDS, everyone is different, I am looking at coverage of things like water leakage, burst pipe, roof tile damage due to heavy rain or storm, soil erosion etc.. Anyone please suggest which one is best and how their claim process is? anybody has used RACV? Thanks

    • Ozb love Terri Scheer, but they are just well dressed AAMI and since last year if your investment property been use as a drug lab, they (both TS and AAMI) wouldn't pay you a cent.

Can I suggest using a broker - policy wording is broader and makes the claims process a heck of a lot easier.

Do you have contents in your house already? I didn't opt for content with my landlord insurance because the house was empty and the tenants were bringing all their own.

      Cooking oven, aircon, floorings (carpet)???

Those are all covered under my building insurance. I guess some providers class them as contents.
