Help Identify bug? (Solved)

Good morning people.

Does anyone know the name of this bug? How do I get rid of them? I see a lot lying at door next morning but can see couple of them all around the house.

I have sealed all tha gaps in the house except flyscreens and ac vent, tried bugs spray.

Do I need to call pest control? nuke the whole place? get another place? move house?
