Has anyone here used Southern Phone? If so how did you find them both both for product and customer service? We can't get naked adsl, so are stuck with having to have a phone line. They seem to have some good capped offers and have a minimum contract period of 6 months whereas most others seem to be 2 years. I'd desperately love to give Telstra the flick.
One of my dads friends had it, He got a bill saying he made a call for 2,506 minutes. They couldn't tell him if he'll have to pay. Terrible customer service
