        You can get a ton of automatic/hand crankers for under $100. Seiko, Orient, Sea-Gull, Vostok etc.

        ebay category 'watches' search term 'automatic'. New Seiko and Citizen (and a million Russian watches) and plenty of used swiss watches.

        On deal extreme you can get some mechanical watches for as little as $10. They are not fantastically made but I have had one for about 3 years and it is still keeping good time.
