I'm looking at getting a UHF for in my 4x4. I haven't made a final decision yet but I do like the Uniden 7760 with the remote mic as it allows my to pack away the actual unit.
I've found it at http://www.gadgetcity.com.au/uniden-uh7760nb-80-channel-lcd-… for $279. I'm ideally looking to get one separate to an antenna as I want to be able to get one that will suit my purposes.
