Framed Paintings for House

Hello Everyone,

Can anyone please recommend me some cheap and good places to buy framed paintings around Northern Suburbs of Melbourne.

I need like 10-15 of them.

Thanks,
Jay

I assume that you mean framed paintings to decorate the walls?

What type of paintings are you after? Do you want cheap modern prints to decorate a public space or rental property? If so then IKEA has lots.

    • I actually did have a look at them in person. They look way different in person then online.

      • If you don't mind the frames but don't like their prints, buy the frames ($5-$20) and colour print images ($1 for A3) of your choice from Officeworks. For a big wall, a collage of framed prints

    gumtree/ebay or the markets.

Definitely Gumtree. I can see there are at least 5 within 10km of my suburb that are offering for $10 or less (some of them are even free).

    Kmart.
Then you can make everyone cringe by saying your place is "on trend".

Looked at the title of the post, thought OP must own a Jackson Pollock.

Suggest you change title to "Paintings (ART)"

    • My bad. Should have done in the beginning. Thanks for the suggestion

  • Hundreds sell at auction for peanuts every week.

You could scour the op shops too. Its where my wife gets most of our pictures from.

  • wait for council pick up, and drive around
    garage sales

  • Auctions. Can get bulk lots. If this is for selling a house, avoid kmart and ikea as ppl see the same prints in every house.
