It's been given away multiple times in the past, the money is in the DLC I guess.
I use Playnite to collate all my game library across different platform, easier to check

You have to link both epic and steam to get the game.
Great game almost ruined by the terrible main campaign story and pure anti USSR propaganda.

yes, I would buy that one. They are the real villains but they use their propaganda to make people think the opposite
The USSR were the "made in China" of WW2, production over quality, arguably germanies quality dipped far below the average towards the end but they tried to make alien super weapons. +1 for them.
The USSR were also more evil than the fascists, killed way more people in a more brutal fashion and they never got punished or condemned for it. A bit of anti USSR propoganda is justified.
Nazis and fascists are different
Fascism was just a system of totalitarian government, many parrelels exist today, the nazis themselves were unique, as much as people throw the word around, I don't think a living soul believes in a supreme race, the science behind that is laughable nowadays.
Anyway, I think its fair for a game to pick on fascists as being ultimate evil, or pick on commies to be the ultimate evil, both have justifiable historical villainous history to draw on to suit the audience.
Games2Gether shows that my claim was successful but Steam shows the game as available for purchase.
I'm not near my PC so I can't check my game list.
Nice for those who didn't get the base game when it was previously free - 28-5-21, 11-11-2019 & 15-12-2017. Along with Company of Heroes 2 - Ardennes Assault 28-5-21 - single-player only standalone experience and the DLC Southern Front Mission Pack 14-10-2020 & Victory at Stalingrad Mission Pack 16-11-2019 in the past as well.
Can someone please guide me as how to add this to my steam account
