Saw this pop up on my Facebook feed, but none of the gyms are near me right now. I'm paying $33.90 a fortnight for Plus Fitness and would switch in a heartbeat if it was more convenient. The guest pass seems useful if you need to bring a gym buddy without a membership, and the massage chairs, hydromassage and Spray tanning are interesting offerings that I see value in if you already pay for those.

        What a bunch of crap. Doing a hot shit set to failure, you sometimes have to drop the weight as you cannot physically do any more. Grunting loudly is now a new trigger for people? Ffs.

          There really arent any free weights aside from some 30kg fixed barbells so dropping shit is really a choice at PF.

          As much as that sh$*s me it is actually pretty nice to see chicks walking around looking comfortable to be there as well as dudes who you prob wouldn’t see at some Beefcake 4000 gym.

    aren't these the "gyms" without squat racks/platforms? you're basically paying for a treadmill subscription. and don't forget about the lunk alarm

      Looks like they are aiming for the "fitness club" offering rather than a gym. Makes sense though. Plenty of 24hr gym gyms around.

    If anyone's considering auburn one, they don't have proper incline/bench, deadlift platform and squat racks. I asked trainer and he pointed me to smith machine. There's also a lunk alarm in free weight area.
