  Absolutely! It adds variety and challenges to the base game missions. Moving extra long or wide cargo requires more consideration around corners and traffic as you will need to occupy two lanes. It also looks great hauling different cargo too!

  Question, im rocking i7 6700 cpu with integrated gpu, will it run this game?

    Yes, but I imagine you would be on low settings. Intel HD 4000 (2012) is the minimum requirements and i7 6700 has a Intel HD 530 (2015), which is about 50% better, so your above the minimum requirements.
