Hi Thunderchunt, thanks for your comment. Unfortunately Australia Post is expensive (even locally). When buying single items (especially when things are 50% off), it can be hard to justify the cost but unfortunately that's what we are charged and factors in our packaging, satchels, padding etc required to ensure your items are received in good condition. With our flat rate postage however, you could add another 10 items to your cart for eg and our postage doesn't go up. We also offer free shipping for orders over $200.

I hate it when companies make their profit via shipping charges.
Hi bennybaubles, for our business our average postage charge from Australia Post to send our orders is around $16-$20 (many people don't realise just how expensive postage is). And that's without the cost of our packaging, eco-satchels etc. We definitely do not make money off shipping. We have a flat rate postage of $12.95 for all orders (big and small) which in most cases doesn't cover our costs but we also understand customers hate shipping charges, see we try to keep them low.

Shipping killed it for me. Would have grabbed something for upcoming daughter's bday but Brisbane to Brisbane postage $13 for a $5 item is hard to justify.
