Use code BIRTHDAY20 to get additional $20 discount. I used it on $40 (including shipping) so not sure if there is any minimum amount required.
I think the value for the code to apply needs to be more than $20 before shipping. I added 3 goggles to the cart ($22.50) and it worked, but didn't work for 2 sets only ($15).

honestly the best option is to head into Rebel and try all of their goggles on your face (yeah, other people might get upset at your face sweat, but they can harden up).
Some goggles work for some people and not others; if you have a wide nose or deeper eye sockets or look like Marty Feldman, they fit different. Usually the bigger goggles are a safer bet if you are buying online (eg for speedo the ones with 'pulse' in their name), but they are bigger and so not as streamlined etc. Also a lot of the bigger ones dont have adjustable nose clips, which mean if you do have a big nose or big head (or small) then they just may not work.
I'm only a recreational swimmer but like the Opals from speedo (which are classified as 'competition' but the only competition I would win is against the 75 year old female breastrokers) But they fit well and dont leak, and are cheapish ($30 RRP) and have a few different sized nose clips for my XXL head. I have tried goggles from other brands with mixed success, have about 5 pairs I have bought over the last 10 years sitting in a bag that I no longer use because they leaked (despite my best efforts at choosing them).

I assume what they have done is assess the total value of your purchase after the promo code as $10 (ie $15+$15 = $30, less $20 discount = $10 total cost of the goggles). So they are refunding half the value of that purchase
ie: shipping isnt discounted by the promo code
It presumably means you are now paying $15 incl shipping for the Illusion goggles - which you can buy in Big W for $15. So you arent paying more and are having them shipped to you. On the other hand, not really getting any discount
